As the business continues to scale, the accounting team is expanding and they’re seeking a high-performing Corporate Senior Accountant to join their ranks. Position Summary:

The Corporate Senior Accountant will be a key contributor to the company’s accounting operations, owning critical components of the monthly close process, supporting GAAP-compliant financial reporting, and identifying areas for increased efficiency. This role sits within a fast-paced, high-impact environment, with direct visibility to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage essential elements of the monthly and quarterly close cycles, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in preparing internal and external financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support external audits by providing required documentation and analyses
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and other business units on forecasting and variance reporting
• Evaluate current accounting procedures and recommend improvements to streamline processes
• Participate in ERP enhancements, systems implementations, and finance transformation initiatives
• Maintain a strong internal control environment in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including both public accounting and private industry exposure
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Very proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems  is highly valued
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-focused attitude
